Sleep Better Pillow Mist is a soft botanical mist for pillows and bed linen, sprayed in the last minutes before bed. Rose and lavender floral waters are blended with lavender and Roman chamomile essential oils, for a gentle floral scent that settles over the bedding.
The Herbs
Sleep Better Pillow Mist brings together calming floral waters and essential oils long used in evening aromatherapy. Lavender and Roman chamomile help create a peaceful atmosphere before bed, rose softens and balances the scent, and glycerine and vitamin E keep the mist fine and fabric-friendly. Together they make a mist for a calmer bedroom and an easier wind-down.
To Calm
Lavender Essential Oil & Floral Water (Lavandula angustifolia): One of the best-known aromatherapy botanicals, valued for generations in evening relaxation rituals for its calming floral aroma.
Roman Chamomile Essential Oil (Chamaemelum nobile): Prized for its sweet, gentle fragrance and traditionally used in evening blends to encourage relaxation before sleep.
To Soften and Balance
Rose Floral Water (Rosa damascena): Adds an elegant floral note that softens and balances the blend.
Plant-Based Glycerine & Vitamin E: Keep the mist fine and fabric-friendly, lightly scenting pillows and bed linen.
Scent & Mist
Scent: Soft and floral, led by lavender, with the sweet, apple-like warmth of Roman chamomile and a rounded rose note beneath.
Mist: Fine and light, settling on fabric without an oily residue.

Rose Floral Water (Rosa damascena), Lavender Floral Water (Lavandula angustifolia), Organic Vegetable Glycerine, Plant-Based Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Grapefruit Seed Extract, Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia) and Roman Chamomile Essential Oil (Chamaemelum nobile).
Shake Well: Shake before each use to mix the essential oils through the floral waters.
Spray: Hold the bottle 15 - 20cm from the pillow and bed linen and apply 2 - 3 light sprays where the head will rest.
Pause: Let the mist settle for about 30 seconds before getting into bed, and take a few slow breaths.
Safety & Cautions
For Linen & Room Use Only: Designed for use on pillows, bed linen and around the bedroom. Avoid spraying directly onto the face or into the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Children & Infants: Do not use this product on bedding used by infants or young children under 6 years of age.
Sensitive Skin: If you have particularly sensitive skin, eczema or a history of fragrance allergies, avoid direct skin contact and test the spray on a small, inconspicuous area of fabric before wider use.
