Our Peppermint Mouthwash Oil is designed to be used first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before brushing your teeth. Using the oil first allows it to gently lift away everyday oral debris during oil pulling before completing your normal brushing and flossing routine.
Standard Oil-Pulling Routine
Step 1 — Shake Well

Step 3 — Swish Gently
