Peppermint Mouthwash Oil is a traditional Ayurvedic oil-pulling blend, swished around the mouth first thing in the morning before brushing. Coconut, sesame and sweet almond oils are blended with gotu kola and finished with peppermint, thyme, tea tree and lavender essential oils.
The Herbs
Peppermint Mouthwash Oil brings together two groups of ingredients traditionally used in Ayurvedic oil pulling. Smooth plant oils coat the mouth and lift away everyday debris. Aromatic oils keep the mouth fresh and clean. Together they make a gentle daily ritual for a clean, comfortable mouth.

Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera): A smooth base that coats the mouth during oil pulling and helps lift away everyday debris.
Sesame Seed Oil (Sesamum indicum): The traditional Ayurvedic oil-pulling base, valued for nourishing the gums.
Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis): A light oil that softens the blend and comforts a dry mouth.
Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica): Long used to support the comfort and care of delicate mouth tissues.

Why Oil Pulling?
Practised for centuries in Ayurveda, oil pulling cleans the mouth gently and mechanically. The oil is swished around the teeth, gums and tongue, gathers everyday debris, and is then spat out, without the dry feeling some mouthwashes leave behind.

Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera), Sesame Seed Oil (Sesamum indicum), Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis), Gotu Kola Extract (Centella asiatica), Tocopherol (Plant-Based Vitamin E), Peppermint Essential Oil (Mentha piperita), Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia), Thyme Essential Oil (Thymus vulgaris), Tea Tree Essential Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia).
Shake Well: Shake the bottle before opening to mix the herbal extracts through the oil.
Swish: Take 1 - 2 tablespoons and swish slowly around the teeth, gums and tongue for 5 - 10 minutes. Do not gargle or swallow. Those new to oil pulling can begin with 1 - 2 minutes.
Spit Out: Spit the oil into a bin or compost, not the sink, as coconut oil can set in pipes.
Finish: Rinse with warm water, then brush and floss as usual.

Do Not Swallow: This product is intended for oil pulling only. Always spit the oil out completely after use.
Age Restriction: Suitable for adults only. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Due to the inclusion of concentrated essential oils, this product is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Tree Nut Allergy: Contains Sweet Almond Oil. Do not use if you have a known almond allergy.
