Standard delivery is free on orders over £50.

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked, 2–3 business days, £6.50. Order by 12pm Monday to Friday.

Unopened items, in the same condition, returned within 30 days of receipt.

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50
- Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day, i.e. Monday.
- These prices are valid for Mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses only.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
All of our products are handmade and we do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can.
UK orders for standard delivery are shipped within 3–5 working days. For express delivery, orders must be placed by 12pm (Monday to Friday) to be delivered within 2–3 business days.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. Please log in to your account or email info@zenmaitri.com if you have any questions about your order.

Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Faulty Items
We are committed to ensuring your products arrive safely. If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival, we will send you a replacement product free of charge or offer you a refund. Please email us at info@zenmaitri.com.
Changed Your Mind?
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the product you wish to return is in the same condition as when you received it, remains unopened and is returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return an Item

Email info@zenmaitri.com to start your return and we will help you through the process.

Send It Back
Include your name and order number in the parcel so we can identify your return. We recommend a reputable tracked courier. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage, and we cannot process returns that go missing in transit.

We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your items.
