Our Sleep Pillow Mist is a calming botanical spray designed to support relaxation and help prepare your space for restful sleep. Blending rose and lavender floral waters with essential oils including lavender and Roman chamomile, it creates a gentle aromatic atmosphere to ease you into your evening wind-down.

Rose floral water is known for its calming and relaxing properties. It has a gentle, soothing aroma that helps to promote relaxation and calmness.

Lavender floral water

Lavender floral water is widely used for its soothing properties. It helps to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and improve the quality of sleep.

Plant-based organic glycerine

Plant-based organic glycerine helps to moisturise and soothe the skin. It also safely helps to improve the even distribution of the essential oils in our formula.

Plant-based vitamin E oil

Plant-based vitamin E oil is a powerful antioxidant that helps to protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. It also helps to moisturise and nourish the skin.

Grapefruit seed liquid extract

Grapefruit seed liquid extract is a natural preservative that helps to keep our pillow mist fresh and free from bacteria and mould.

Lavender essential oil

The soothing smell of lavender creates a sense of calm and relaxation. We chose it for our Sleep Better Pillow Mist because it has been shown to promote better sleep, and to reduce stress and anxiety.

Roman chamomile essential oil 

Roman chamomile is a mild sedative that promotes relaxation and calms a busy or agitated mind. It promotes deeper and more restful sleep, meaning you wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead.


This product contains rose floral water, lavender floral water, plant-based organic glycerine, plant-based vitamin E oil, grapefruit seed liquid extract, lavender essential oil and Roman chamomile essential oil.


Shake the bottle well before use to ensure that the ingredients are evenly distributed. Spray 2-3 spritzes of the mist onto your pillow, focusing on the area where your head will rest. Take a deep breath and inhale the relaxing aroma of the mist. Close your eyes and enjoy a restorative night’s sleep. Wake up feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to tackle the day ahead!

Cautions

Avoid spraying the mist directly onto your face or in your eyes, as this can cause irritation. Avoid using where babies and children below six years old may sleep or have access to. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies, test the mist on a small patch of skin before spraying it onto your pillow. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a health condition, consult your healthcare provider before use.

Store in a cool, dry area, out of reach of children and pets.

  • Consistent Sleep Routine: Go to bed only when sleepy and aim for a consistent wake-up time. Develop a calming pre-sleep routine to signal to your brain it's time to wind down – such as by dimming your lights and through using the products in our Sleep range!

  • Exercise Mindfully: Engage in regular, moderate exercise, preferably in the late afternoon or early evening. Physical exercise can help tire your body and encourage sleep. However, avoid vigorous exercise right before bedtime.

  • Dietary Considerations: In addition to adopting a balanced diet, make sure to consume tryptophan-rich foods such as bananas, figs, dates, or yoghurt. The amino acid tryptophan helps promote sleep by increasing the levels of both serotonin and melatonin. Avoid large meals before bedtime and caffeine post-afternoon. The amino acid tyramine can act as a stimulant by increasing the release of norepinephrine, so it’s important to also avoid tyramine-rich foods like cheese, chocolate, bacon, tomatoes and wine just before bedtime.

  • Hydration Balance: Drink ample water throughout the day, but limit intake before bedtime to reduce night-time awakenings.

  • Limit Stimulants: Steer clear of nicotine, as it acts as a neurostimulant. If daytime napping is part of your routine, ensure it doesn’t interfere with nighttime sleep.

  • Tech Etiquette: Reduce screen time in the evening, especially blue light from devices. Consider “night mode” settings and keep devices out of the bedroom.

  • Room Ambiance: Ensure your sleep environment is dark, quiet, and cool. Use tools like blackout curtains or white noise machines if needed.
