Magnesium-rich Epsom salts are blended with vervain, rose petals and German chamomile, with bergamot, rose geranium and Roman chamomile oils. Unwind Mineral Bath Salts bring together three groups of minerals, herbs and oils traditionally used for stress and tension. Magnesium-rich salts loosen stiff muscles, calming herbs settle the nervous system, and floral oils lift and steady the mood. Together they make a soak for a calmer end to a busy day.
To Loosen
Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate): A rich source of magnesium that helps loosen stiff joints and ease soreness in the neck, shoulders and back.
To Calm
Vervain (Verbena officinalis): A traditional nervous system tonic that calms irritability and stress-related restlessness.
German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita): Soothes skin irritation and gently quietens an overactive mind.
Rose (Rosa damascena): A classic herb for cheering the heart, nourishing the skin while its scent steadies the mood.
