A Calming Lavender, Holy Basil & Sandalwood Essential Oil Blend
Unwind Essential Oil Blend is a concentrated blend of pure essential oils for diffusing at home, or adding, diluted, to a bath or massage oil. Lavender, holy basil and sandalwood are combined to help ease the tension of a demanding day, lift a tired mood and bring a sense of calm to the room.
The Oils
Unwind Essential Oil Blend brings together three essential oils traditionally used in aromatherapy for stress and tiredness. Lavender calms, holy basil lifts a flat mood, and sandalwood settles the emotions. Together they make a blend for an easier end to a demanding day.
To Calm
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia): Used to calm the mind, ease tension and clear the mental tiredness of a long day.
To Lift
Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum): A warm, uplifting oil traditionally used to lift a low or tired mood and bring a sense of clarity.
To Settle
Sandalwood (Santalum album): Used to settle the emotions and ease the physical feeling of stress.
Texture & Scent
A pure, concentrated blend for diffusing. The scent is warm and balanced, with floral lavender, sweet sandalwood and the gentle spice of holy basil.

In a Diffuser: Add a few drops to a diffuser in the living room or bedroom.
In the Bath or for Massage: Dilute in a carrier oil first. It must never be applied undiluted to the skin.

Storage: Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
A Ritual for Unwinding
Breathe Slowly: Five to ten minutes of slow, deep breathing with the diffuser running.
Move Gently: Yoga, swimming or a daily walk.
Ease Off Stimulants: Less caffeine and alcohol, especially later in the day.
Step Outside: Regular time in green spaces, away from screens.
