This product contains lavender essential oil, holy basil essential oil and sandalwood essential oil.
Diffuser use: Add 3–4 drops to your diffuser in the evening to create a calming atmosphere that helps you unwind after a long day.
Topical use: Always dilute before applying to skin. Mix a few drops with your favourite carrier oil and massage into pulse points, temples, or the back of the neck for gentle relaxation.
