This consultation is a 60-minute one-to-one online video session conducted via Zoom with a qualified herbalist.
During your session, your herbalist will:

-Discuss optional bespoke herbal products where appropriate
Your booking also includes a 15-minute follow-up session to review progress and adjust recommendations if needed.

I have had a number of consultations with Sara. These have been an absolute life saviour. I was having peri-menopausal symptoms and given I’d never been on any long term medications before, I was suffering silently and unaware. Sara went through a detailed review of my medical history and the current symptoms I was having at the time. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was told the effects would take hold in a few days. They in fact did. The tinctures prescribed were and continue to be highly effective. I wholeheartedly recommend trying Zen Maitri. The herbal tinctures didn’t only resolve the symptoms, but as they treat
the entire body holistically, they have long term positive effects. Being a bespoke method it is entirely geared to treating your specific aliments which is reassuring. Highly recommended.

My consult appointment with Tamara went very well, she listened to all my concerns and recommended 2 products. I've had no side effects, the prescriptions are very easy to take and fit into my daily routine quite easily. I had a very long in depth consultation with Sara, she just listens and really does pay attention to detail to your needs. Literally tell her everything, all your concerns and health issues. There is something for everything.
I suffer from endometriosis, anxiousness, stress, insomnia and some and I feel solace in these herbs. I am not cured by any means as yet but I see an improvement for sure and am already looking forward to my next tincture. It is very easy to drink in water, I prefer warm water.
Whatever works to help me heal outside of Medication. I’m just not a fan as the side effects are much worse.

This is my third pregnancy - but my previous two were 20 years ago! Sara’s consultations are thorough, thoughtful and intuitive. She’s empathetic and makes me feel heard and understood. The doctor’s prescriptions to help me with IBS are ineffective and give me side effects but Sara’s herbs give me long term relief plus health benefits. I couldn't recommend Zen Maitri enough. Sara is absolutely fantastic, she takes a lot of time to understand you, the problem and where it might have come from. She also takes the time to follow up on progress and tweak the different herbs as needed. I went there to get some help for an autoimmune condition, and in that time I've come off quite a toxic drug (prescribed) and significantly reduced the all the others.

My medical condition is quite complex and I was very impressed by Sara's attention to detail,She read a report from a consultant that I brought with me, what was very impressive was that she was able to recall the key aspects of the report when she was discussing my health WITHOUT having to look down at the report that she had read previously,this demonstrates two things to me,great concentration and enthusiasm.
My medicine was prepared for me within three days as promised and I've just started taking the medicine two days ago,it's early days and everything is going very well.
