Female Vitality Complex is a herbal food supplement taken daily as a tonic for women. Shatavari and damask rose are blended with calendula, liquorice root and meadowsweet, as whole-herb powders in plant-based capsules.
The Herbs
Female Vitality Complex brings together three groups of herbs traditionally used for women's health. A restoring tonic supports hormonal balance and vitality. Cooling flowers ease tension and lift the mood. Harmonising herbs bring the blend together and keep digestion comfortable. Together they make a daily complex for balance and energy.
For Hormonal Balance
Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus): The principal women's tonic of Ayurveda, traditionally taken over several months to support hormonal balance, vitality and natural moisture at every stage of life.
For Calm and Mood
Damask Rose (Rosa damascena): A cooling flower traditionally associated with the heart, used to ease tension, lift low mood and soothe irritability.
Calendula (Calendula officinalis): Traditionally used in Western herbalism to support a regular, comfortable monthly cycle.
For Harmony and Digestion
Liquorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra): A harmonising herb that brings the blend together, traditionally used to support the adrenal glands and sustain energy.
