Tailored Health Blueprint
Following your consultation, you will receive a detailed email outlining your bespoke herbal prescription. This document explains how each element of your prescription supports your health and wellbeing, complemented by personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
Ongoing, Dedicated Support
We believe in supporting you every step of the way. For the first four weeks, you’ll have access to two email communications or calls per week (up to 15 minutes each) with our specialists. This ensures you have the support you need as you begin to implement changes and navigate the initial stages of your health journey.
Assessment and Adaptation
A 45-minute follow-up consultation after one month allows us to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your herbal prescription. This adaptive approach ensures that your treatment evolves with your needs.

Our Specialist Consultation is designed for those facing complex health challenges, including but not limited to cancer diagnoses, SIBO, and fertility concerns. It’s a service suited for cases requiring extensive support, detailed monitoring, and a deeply personalised approach.

- A 90-minute initial consultation to explore past medical history, diet, lifestyle, drug history, family history and review any relevant test results.
- An email post consultation explaining your bespoke herbal prescription and how it will support your health and wellbeing, along with any other dietary and lifestyle recommendations.
- 2 email communication or calls per week (up to 15 minutes) for the first 4 weeks.
- A 45-minute follow-up consultation after one month of taking the prescription to discuss how you are and whether any amendments to your bespoke herbal prescription are required.
