This product contains Calendula Officinalis (Calendula) Flower Infused in Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Tocopherol (Plant-Based Vitamin E Oil).
This oil can be used in three ways:

Natural First Aid Ointment: Rub 2-3 drops of calendula oil onto minor wounds or skin infections to support the healing process. Face Moisturiser: Protect and nourish your skin by massaging 2-3 drops onto your face and neck every morning and evening. This can be before your regular moisturiser or in place of it.

Body Moisturiser: Place 1-2 pipettes of oil in your hands, warm the oil in your palms and then apply all over the body. We recommend applying this body oil after taking a shower or bath.
