A Clearing Eucalyptus & Thyme Essential Oil Blend
Breathe Essential Oil Blend is a concentrated blend of pure essential oils for diffusing or steam inhalation. Eucalyptus, black spruce, thyme and tea tree are combined to freshen a room and help the airways feel clearer and more open when congested, through a cold or the colder months.
The Oils
Breathe Essential Oil Blend brings together two groups of essential oils traditionally used in aromatherapy for the airways. Clearing oils help ease the feeling of stuffy nasal passages and a heavy chest, while a cleansing oil keeps the air fresh. Together they make a blend for clearer, easier breathing at home.
To Clear
Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus smithii): A gentler eucalyptus with a fresh, clearing scent that helps ease the feeling of stuffy nasal passages.
Black Spruce (Picea mariana): A resinous oil traditionally used to bring a sense of relief to the chest during coughs and throat irritation.
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris): One of herbalism's classic respiratory herbs, valued for clearing the air and supporting the airways.
To Cleanse
Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia): Added for its cleansing properties, helping keep the air in a room fresh.
Texture & Scent
A pure, concentrated essential oil blend for diffusing and steam, not for direct use on the skin. The scent is cool and fresh, led by eucalyptus, with resinous spruce and herbal thyme.

Pure Eucalyptus Smithii Essential Oil (Eucalyptus smithii), Pure Black Spruce Essential Oil (Picea mariana), Pure Thyme Essential Oil (Thymus vulgaris), and Pure Tea Tree Essential Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia).
In a Diffuser: Add 3–4 drops to a water-based diffuser.
Steam Inhalation: Add 2–3 drops to a bowl of steaming water, place a towel over the head, close the eyes and breathe in gently for 5–10 minutes.

For external, aromatic use only. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Keep away from eyes and sensitive areas. If pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision, consult your physician before use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Storage: Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Keep Warm Drinks Close: Hot water with lemon, ginger and honey, or a cup of Zen Maitri Breathe Tea.
Cook Warming Broths: Vegetable or bone broth with garlic, ginger and a little chilli.
Go Easy on Dairy and Sugar: Lighter meals while congested.
Raise the Pillow: Seven to nine hours of sleep, with an extra pillow on stuffy nights.
