As soon as you check out, we’ll send your off-the-shelf product bundle. Our team will then contact you to arrange your initial consultation and get your 7-week transformation started.
Yes, anyone can join the programme. It’s also suitable to be bought as a gift for a friend or loved one.
This will depend on your individual circumstances and will be discussed and agreed with your medical herbalist during your consultation. It may include a bespoke herbal tincture ( a liquid extract of the herbs), bespoke herbal tea, powder or capsules or a combination of 2 or 3.
How long it will take to see results will depend on each individual as everyone is unique. We will use questionnaires and scoring to track your progress throughout the programme so you can see the results. We're sure that by the end of the programme you will notice a marked difference in how you manage your day to day hormonal health.
Absolutely, our herbalists will be on hand at the end of the programme to discuss a maintenance plan for moving forward, via our consultation services.
