Returns

 

We are committed to ensuring your products arrive safely to you. However, if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival, we will ensure you receive a replacement product free of charge or offer you a refund. Please email us on  info@zenmaitri.com 

Additionally, we are very happy to offer you a refund or exchange if the product you wish to return is in the same condition as when you received it, remains unopened and is being returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of postage for your return.

We recommend using a reputable courier with a tracking service to prevent your items from becoming lost. Sadly, we will not be able to process your return in the event that the items you are returning go missing. Please include your name and order number within your parcel so that we can identify your return. 

We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your items. If you wish to start a return, please email us on info@zenmaitri.com and we will help you through the process.
