Herbal Throat Spray is a concentrated herbal spray for dry, tickly and hard-working throats, sized for a bag or pocket. Marshmallow root, sage and echinacea are blended with elderberry, mullein, liquorice, thyme and lavender, delivered as a fine mist to the back of the throat.
The Herbs
Herbal Throat Spray brings together three groups of herbs traditionally used for the throat. Soothing herbs coat and moisten dry tissues. Classic throat herbs comfort an overused throat. Immune herbs support the body's natural defences. Together they make a spray for throat comfort wherever the day leads.
To Soothe
Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis): Rich in mucilage that coats and comforts the throat, soothing dry, scratchy tissues and supporting natural moisture.
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus): A gentle herb long used to soften and comfort delicate throat tissues.
Liquorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra): Adds soothing support for delicate mucous membranes, with a natural sweetness.

Sage (Salvia officinalis): One of the classic throat herbs, traditionally used to comfort overused throat tissues and refresh the mouth.
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris): Long valued for supporting clear breathing and everyday throat comfort.

Why a Throat Spray?
A fine mist reaches the back of the throat directly, with no water needed, so the herbs coat the tissues where they are needed. The 50ml bottle fits a bag or pocket for travel, work and performance.

Shake Well: Shake the bottle before each use.
Application: 2 - 3 sprays directly into the mouth, aimed towards the back of the throat.
After Application: Swallow gently, and avoid eating, drinking or rinsing for about 15 minutes.
Frequency: Up to four times a day, or as needed during heavy voice use, travel or seasonal change.

Age Restriction: This product contains plant-derived ethanol and concentrated botanical extracts. It is suitable for adults and young people aged 16 years and over.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Not recommended during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.

Duration of Use: This spray is intended for short-term throat support. If throat discomfort persists for more than 7 days, or you have any concerns, discontinue use and seek advice from your healthcare professional.
