This product contains Marshmallow root, elderberry, mullein, thyme, liquorice root, lavender, sage, echinacea root, water, ethanol, glycerin (plant-based), sugar.
Shake the bottle before use. Spray 2-3 times directly into your mouth, specifically aiming towards the back of your throat. After spraying, swallow gently to allow the solution to coat your throat. For maximum benefit, refrain from rinsing your mouth after use. Use up to a maximum of 4 times per day, or as and when needed to soothe your throat and alleviate any discomfort.
