Deeply nourishing and soothing, our Stretch mark and scar oil has been designed to promote skin elasticity and reduce the formation of stretch marks. It also improves the appearance of any existing marks and scars and moisturises the skin, supports its natural healing process. It has a calming and refreshing aroma thanks to the addition of essential oils of Roman chamomile, rosemary and sweet orange.
Jojoba oil
Jojoba oil is an excellent moisturising, nourishing and soothing remedy to the skin, promoting its natural suppleness and elasticity. It is naturally rich in antioxidants, which protect and soften the skin. The texture and consistency of jojoba oil is similar to the sebum naturally produced by your skin, so it leaves the skin nourished but with no greasy residue.
Rosehip oil
Exceptionally rich in vitamin C and essential fatty acids, rosehip oil is well-known for its ability to facilitate healing of scars and stretch marks.
St John’s wort oil
St John’s wort is mostly popular for its mood-enhancing properties, but it is also an excellent wound healer. It speeds up the healing process of damaged skin, helping to reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks.
Gotu kola oil
We used gotu kola in our stretch mark and scar oil as it is a herb with exceptional healing powers. Applied to the skin, it acts as an anti-inflammatory agent and naturally promotes collagen production, speeding up the healing and maturing (shrinking) of newly developed scars. In this way, applying gotu kola to the skin can also help reduce the risk of significant scarring.
Calendula oil
A gentle but powerful wound healer, Calendula heals and soothes the skin by promoting cell repair. It also acts as an antiseptic, keeping infections at bay. This bright orange flower has anti-inflammatory properties and is rich in antioxidants that protect the skin from harmful solar radiation and other stressors. It is very effective in reducing the likelihood of stretch marks, scars and other blemishes.
Evening primrose oil
Rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants such as vitamin E, evening primrose oil is moisturising and protective of the skin, promoting its suppleness and elasticity.
Vitamin E oil
Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant, which helps protect the skin from various adverse environmental factors, including air pollution and solar radiation. Moreover, it speeds up the healing process and reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation, whether it be scars, stretch marks or any other blemishes.
Roman chamomile essential oil
In addition to its comforting and calming scent, Roman chamomile essential oil is a rich source of antioxidants, which naturally protect the skin from damage from environmental stressors. It naturally supports the skin’s healing process, effectively reducing the appearance of stretch marks, scars and blemishes. It is also a gentle, mild sedative that helps to promote relaxation, and calm a busy mind.
Sweet orange essential oil
In addition to its fresh, bright, scent, sweet orange essential oil has powerful antioxidant abilities which help protect the skin and support its natural regeneration. It is also used to tighten and tone the skin and to improve the appearance of any scars and stretch marks.
Rosemary essential oil
Rosemary essential oil is an anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and it supports microvascular circulation – thereby enhancing the skin’s natural healing processes, and reducing the appearance of stretch marks, scars and other blemishes.
This product contains jojoba oil, rosehip oil, almond oil, extra virgin olive oil, Saint John’s wort oil, gotu kola oil, calendula oil, evening primrose oil, plant-based vitamin E oil; essential oils of sweet orange, rosemary and Roman chamomile.
How to use
Pour 1 pipette of oil into your hands, warm the oil by rubbing your hands together and then apply to the affected areas of the body. We recommend using this oil daily for at least 2-3 weeks in order to feel and see the benefits.
Cautions
External use only. Do not apply to broken or sensitive skin. Not suitable for use on face. Avoid during pregnancy.
