Our Echinacea & Elderberry Syrup combines two traditional herbs in a family-friendly, naturally sweetened formula suitable for teens (12+) and adults. Alcohol-free and easy to take, this herbal syrup is ideal for daily wellness routines and seasonal care during colder months.
Please note: Not suitable for children under 12, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For a child-friendly immune option, try our Elderberry syrup.
Echinacea
Echinacea has a long history of traditional use for supporting the body’s natural resilience. It is valued in herbal wellness for helping maintain overall vitality, especially during seasonal changes.
Elderberry
Elderberries are naturally rich in vitamin C and flavonoids, and have been traditionally used to support seasonal wellbeing. They are appreciated for promoting general comfort and respiratory wellness during colder months.
This product contains echinacea root, elderberry, water, vegetable glycerine and sugar.
The syrup can be taken anytime throughout the day.
We recommend specific dosage depending on age group:
1 teaspoon ≈ 5ml
Adults & children aged 16 years and over can take 10-15 ml, up to three times daily.
Children between 12 and 16 years old: up to 10 to 15 mil daily
This syrup is not suitable for children below 12 years. If you are looking for a syrup for children under 12, then please try our Elderberry syrup.
Cautions
Not suitable for children under 12 years. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended intake and do not use this product as a substitute for a varied diet. Not to be taken on an empty stomach..If you take any medication, please consult one of our medical herbalists or a health practitioner before use.
