Echinacea root
Echinacea strengthens the body’s immune system against bacteria, fungi and viruses, by raising levels of interferon and naturally increasing the body’s white blood cell count. Echinacea root is often prescribed to prevent the common cold, coughs and respiratory infections – or to support natural defences at the onset of infection. It’s a natural anti-inflammatory and skin purifier.
Tulsi
Tulsi supports immunity thanks to its natural antimicrobial properties. It can help to relieve coughs and fever and fights parasites. Tulsi also has benefits for mental health and is known to ease nerves and enhance cognitive function. Studies also suggest Tulsi can be taken to balance blood pressure, protect the liver, and promote healthy skin.
Elderberry
Elderberry is both delicious and a natural antiviral, particularly useful against colds and flus. It helps activate immunity by increasing cytokine production. It’s also a powerful antioxidant which helps prevent cell damage caused by toxins and stress.
Olive leaf
Olive leaf has antimicrobial properties and is a natural antioxidant. It supports immune system function and is also prescribed to soothe inflammation.
Rosehip
Rosehip is very high in vitamin C, so can be taken to improve joint flexibility, relieve tension and strengthen bones, skin, and blood vessels. It’s also a natural anti-inflammatory.
Hibiscus
Hibiscus is high in a host of vitamins (including vitamin C), minerals and antioxidants, which support vibrant health. It is particularly helpful to help prevent and address colds and flus. It has a rich, bright red pigment and a delicious tart flavour, with a sweet aftertaste.

When to drink
If you are feeling under the weather, then we recommend drinking two cups of this tea per day: one cup after breakfast and one cup after lunch or dinner.
If you would like to just generally support your immune system, then we recommend having one cup per day, either after breakfast, lunch or dinner.
How often to drink
You can drink this tea daily, up to 3 cups per day.
How to make
Infuse one teaspoon of loose herbs in a cup of boiled water. Leave for 10-15 minutes, strain, cool and enjoy. We recommend covering the tea while it brews to ensure maximum potency and flavour. You can infuse the same serving of herbs twice in boiling water to make a second cup.

Do not exceed the recommended amount. Not suitable in pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you take any medication, please consult one of our Medical Herbalists or a healthcare practitioner before use.
