Eucalyptus smithii essential oil
Eucalyptus smithii essential oil has a fresh scent and helps to combat chest infections. It clears nasal congestion and reduces lung irritation. We selected it because it’s a mild, gentle, and safe variety of eucalyptus essential oil.
Black spruce essential oil
Black spruce essential oil has antibacterial properties and supports the respiratory system. It brings relief to sore throats and coughs.
Thyme essential oil
Thyme essential oil is anti-inflammatory and a potent antiinfective with a specific affinity for the respiratory system. It is a great ally to soothe any coughs, colds and throat infections.
Tea tree essential oil
We have added some tea tree essential oil for its strong antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to relieve symptoms associated with respiratory infections.
This product contains eucalyptus smithii essential oil, black spruce essential oil, thyme essential oil and tea tree essential oil.
How to use
We recommend using this Breathe blend in the morning or early evening. This blend is particularly useful for when you or a loved one is feeling under the weather.
Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. You can also use this oil to do steam inhalation. Simply apply 2-3 drops in boiled water and then gently inhale the steam to help clear your airways.
Cautions
Do not apply directly onto the skin. Not suitable for consumption. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician before use. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.

Store in a cool and dry place, out of reach of children and pets.
