Our Male Vitality Tincture contains a powerful and nourishing blend of herbs to support men with the demands of modern life. This liquid herb extract combines the benefits of ashwagandha, horny goat weed, tulsi, gokshura, damiana, ginkgo and nettle root to relieve tension, increase energy levels, promote circulation and support optimal levels of male reproductive hormones and libido.
Ashwagandha
Also called Indian Ginseng, ashwagandha has been long revered as a tonic herb for men. It can help increase testosterone, libido, energy, physical endurance, muscle strength and fertility. It also helps to increase quality and duration of sleep, calms the mind and uplifts mood.
Horny goat weed
The actions of this herb, whose scientific name is Epimedium spp., are thought to have been discovered by a goat farmer as he observed the herd’s behaviour after eating this plant — hence the common name of ‘horny goat weed’. It is an aphrodisiac, promotes male hormone balance, relieves impotence, increases libido, and supports healthy blood flow and circulation.
Tulsi
Tulsi helps to relieve tension and enhance cognitive function. Studies also suggest that tulsi can be taken to protect the liver, and promote healthy skin. Tulsi also supports function because of its natural antimicrobial properties
Gokshura
Gokshura is also called Indian tribulus. It helps to increase male fertility and libido, relieves impotence and improves sperm quality as well as blood flow and circulation. It helps to ease tension, is anti-inflammatory and can help prevent urinary tract infections.
Damiana
Damiana is an aphrodisiac: it may help increase libido and support the body to resolve erectile dysfunction. It helps to calm the mind, relieve tension, increase optimism and boost mood.
Ginkgo
Ginkgo enhances cognitive function (including memory retention) and increases blood flow and circulation to the extremities. It can support the body to resolve erectile dysfunction and increase libido.
Nettle root
Nettle root has been scientifically proven to promote prostate health (it is particularly indicated for benign prostate enlargement) and to boost testosterone levels – so it is a key ally for optimal male reproductive health.
This product contains Ashwagandha root, horny goat weed, tulsi, gokshura, damiana leaf, ginkgo leaf, nettle root, purified water and ethyl alcohol.
Our Tinctures contain alcohol. Using alcohol enables us to effectively extract a wide range of constituents from plants. It also means that tinctures keep well - alcohol prevents the growth of bacteria and inhibits enzyme activity. Tinctures are easy to take and to carry around with you as you only need small amounts (generally of 2-3 teaspoons per day).

When to take
We recommend taking 5ml before or after lunch and 5ml before or after dinner for a minimum of 7-10 days. Always dilute the tincture in water before drinking (see below how to make).
What is the maximum you can take daily?
You can take up to 15ml of this tincture per day, which means you can have up to 5ml before or after breakfast; 5ml before or after lunch; and 5ml before or after dinner.
How to make
Dilute 5ml in half a glass of room temperature water and drink.
Cautions
